• All unauthorised users of the Great Southern Rail Online Image Gallery Database are liable to court action for copyright infringement.
• All images supplied are to be used strictly for the positive promotion of Australia's Great Train Journeys and/or The Ghan, The Indian Pacific and The Overland.
• All images must be captioned accurately - as shown on the Image Gallery.
• All images remain the property of Great Southern Rail.
• All images are to be credited to Great Southern Rail.
• All images are protected by copyright to Great Southern Rail.
• Receiving images does not constitute permission in any way to duplicate images; such permission lies solely with Great Southern Rail.
• Great Southern Rail requests a copy of all final printed editorials using these images.
• Great Southern Rail reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions without notice.

• Approved Wholesale Partners, Retail Partners and Media
• National and International Cooperative Partners
• National, State and Regional Tourist Associations
• Consumer and Trade Media

Terms and Conditions of use

• The visual material is supplied to you for the agreed use only.
• Any additional use requires further approval in writing by Great Southern Rail.
• Great Southern Rail retains copyright and ownership of the visual footage.
• Any breach of our rights and action may be taken accordingly. Acknowledgment for use of the visual material is to Great Southern Rail.
• Visual material remains the property of Great Southern Rail and requires return by date above unless otherwise arranged with the Image Gallery Coordinator.
• Charges apply if video footage is not returned within the loan period and if tapes are lost or damaged.
• A copy of how the footage has been used must be forwarded to Great Southern Rail for our records.

Please note footage MUST BE returned to Great Southern Rail in an overnight bag.
